Submission Guidelines for Abstracts

Abstract submission is free of charge. All published abstracts will appear in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience.

To submit your abstract, please go to Frontiers.

Use your Frontiers login details; if you are a new user then you must register at Frontiers first. Once you register, you will get an account at Frontiers (it’s free). Then, follow the multi-step procedure to complete the submission of your abstract.

Abstract Content

  • Abstracts should contain: Background and Goals of the study, Methods, summary of Results, Conclusion.
  • Word limit for abstract titles is 30 words (in English).
  • Word limit for poster abstracts is 700 words (in English; excluding authors list, affiliations, references and figure legends).
  • Abbreviations must be spelled out in full at the first use. Only standard abbreviations may be used.
  • A list of up to 7 keywords to be provided.
  • Up to two (2) Tables and Figures can be included.

Published Abstracts

All submissions to the conference will be reviewed by a scientific committee for methodological merit and content.

Authors are invited to follow poster rules and specifications defined by the Society for the Neurobiology of Language.
